Thanks, I am enjoying him, gonna rebuild the carb this week or next, it has a rough idle, but smooths out once you give him a little gas, I am thinking maybe a plugged jet, a rebuild aint gonna hurt it.... so and new wheels should be in Tues, tires are at the shop, went with 265/70/15 hopefully not to big, but I like the wheel well full of tire.

Cool, toss up some pics when you get them on!

I'm considering that size for the rear of my truck so I want to see how they look. I went with the 295/50/15 and they're too short.

Have you done anything to the engine and tranny, or are they all original and original miles?
Beautiful by the way.

The engine and tranny were rebuilt about 50k miles ago, runs strong and shifts great, Thanks, and the original warranty metal card and the pre-delivery checklist, and the cashiers receipt, dated March 18, 1970

Re: Pictures of my new 1970 C10

It was done by the first owner before I bought it, I do my own engine work,,,, MUCH cheaper that way!

That cool and I agree much cheaper. Do you have any idea how much it ran him from a possible receipt. I only ask because my buddy has been concidering it in his SS Chevelle.
