I did not use the exact word I want to buy I assumed when I told you I wanted it for my truck and gave you a offer you would counter offered and you would give me the time to accept or be first in line finilze the deal. I was not aware of the forum rule but I think this is more of a moral issue. It is your sale I guess you can go in the direction you want.

I apologize for any hard feelings but I simply try to stick with the rules of the forum and also when someone says they will take it and the other person was offering 30 less than my asking price I'm always going to go with the one who will take it at that price. There technically aren't supposed to be any offers on the forum anyways. Unless the seller says OBO. I have had people ask about a price and then never respond again so I can't afford to wait to see all the time. Even when I give people a day to decide there are hard feelings sometimes. In the end it's just business...nothing personal. I hope you find a great deal on another set of gauges for you. :chevy:

I WAS HOPING YOU WOULD GIVE ME THE NUMBERS ON NEXT WEEKS LOTTERY. WHAT??.. YOU CAN'T READ MINDS? OR SEE THE FUTURE??.. HMMMPF.. I ASSUMED YOU COULD. IT'S STUFF LIKE THAT, THAT HAVE STOPPED ME (& I'M SURE MANY OTHERS) FROM POSTING THINGS FOR SALE ON HERE THAT I'M SURE PEOPLE NEED TO FINISH OR USE ON THERE OLD TRUCKS. SOME THINGS ARE JUST UNAVAILABLE. I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW PEOPLE CAN ASSUME THAT BY REPLYING TO A FOR-SALE POST WITH ANY OBSCURE QUESTION OR OFFER PUTS THEM FIRST IN LINE TO BUY ANY PARTICULAR ITEM. WHERE ELSE IN THIS WORLD DOES THIS HOLD TRUE?? AT LEAST ON CRAIGS LIST OR EBAY, YOU DON'T HAVE TO APOLIGUISE FOR SELLING YOUR PRODUCT TO SOMEONE THAT RESPONDS & MEETS YOUR ASKING PRICE. (SO WHOs BEING HELPED HERE??) IN MY OPINION YOU HAVE NOTHING TO BE SORRY FOR. YOU SOLD IT TO THE FIRST GUY THAT AGREED TO BUY IT. I UNDERSTAND THAT $s ARE TIGHT FOR EVERYBODY RIGHT NOW.. & EVERYBODY LOVES A BARGAIN....BUT GEEZE. (RANT MODE OFF & GETTING DOWN OFF THE SOAPBOX) :chevy: JOHN

THEY SURE SEEMED LIKE A BARGAIN TO ME. I SURE DIDN'T NEED THEM, BUT I WAS SORELY TEMPTED. THERES A GUY ON EBAY SELLING BLANK BEZELS FOR AROUND $125 WITH NO HOLES IN THEM. (DO A SEARCH) THEY'RE NOT EXACTLY STOCK, BUT THEY LOOK PRETTY DARN NICE. CONGRATULATIONS. YOU KNOW MONEY IS TIGHT EVERYWHERE AS THIS GUY HAD THEM UP FOR SALE FOR A WHILE. I'M GLAD YOU BOUGHT THEM AS I WAS AFRAID I'D HAVE TO.:lol: JOHN AND WELCOME FROM S.E. KY.
