Got quite a bit done this past week ... unfortunately, I have a lot more to do.

First off, I removed the seat and assesed the interior (not good). I swapped steering wheels and replaced the fuel selector switch. I also removed the old door panels which were trashed. Next step is to refurb the panels off my '76 Blazer doors and reinstall the ignition switch. I'm debating whether to get the old seat (original) re-upholstered or to just clean up and use the seat from my '77 parts truck, which is in pretty good shape, but is gray. I'll probably use the gray one until I can afford to get the old one redone.

Next, we pulled the front clip and did some patch work above the blower motor assembly. That took quite a bit longer than I expected and we weren't able to sand and paint the engine bay on the front clip from the Blazer.

After we finished the patch work, I pulled the valve covers and noticed I had a broken lifter, so I pulled the intake manifold and replaced the lifters and push rods. I painted the intake and valve covers and reinstalled.

Like I said, lots done and lots more to do. Next up is finishing the front clip, reinstalling it and then I'll go to work on the bed and the interior.
