I would love to have a 6 speed in my truck. If I only had the money :)

Wheels and tires look good.
You have 2 very nice vehicles, your living a dream :)

Spend the money when you got it or it will just dwindle away on petty things. Keep it up!

Thanks Eddie....I would have to respectfully disagree on the living a dream thing. This car is more or less a "personal healing" type thing for me.

i would have bought a corvette personally;)

but thats just me

either a C5 or a 57'

LOHRTBT 04-28-2003 03:44 PM

well....if i had an additional 10-15k laying around ..and several hundred more on insurance per year and also have no back seats and also pay 4x more on the mods for the car. ;) I would have bought a vette too. Not to mention.... car to car... stock to stock or modded to equal modded.... I can out drive anyone in a Vette 99 times out of a 100 in an F-body. :D

PHOENIX 04-28-2003 03:54 PM

Lets just put it this way. I would be pretty happy if I had your truck and car. They are both very nice. I hope one day I can have my truck fixed up the way I want it and a car as nice as that.

LOHRTBT 04-28-2003 05:00 PM

You will man....you already have a nice truck! and your still younger than me right?? :)

Well Chris.....either it means that you are in the 99 percentile or you are the one driver that can handle his bizznass in a Vette!! lol

My vette
Thanks for the compliment!

LOHRTBT 04-28-2003 05:22 PM

Tim,..that is identical to my old one!! :)

TIMSPEED 04-28-2003 05:26 PM

Hmm..crazy Dave! This vette is actually my dream vette, I've been wanting this EXACT car, all my life. Ever since I can remember, I wanted a black 87 Corvette with Z52 suspension...when I went to look at this vette, the guy who owned it was a MOFO to get ahold of...and when I finally did, and he said it was a Z52..I said "SOLD!"

Hmmmm. I will put myself in the elite 1% then. :D

I can say that I am sure glad I waited till now to buy one. This has to be best vette I have ever driven in my life. Albeit is a little wallowy at high speeds on uneven curvy back roads, but below 100 is is like you are going 55. Nothing a spring change won't help. If I was any younger I don't think I would have survied my youth. <grin> I left out of Church this Sunday fishtailing it across the highway :D

BTW, here is a pic of mine for those that haven't seen her :D

Very nice chris!! :)
Yeah you need to lower dat biotch!! lol
I usually cut .500-.530 lights and have 1.79-1.99 60'ft times. :) All on factory rubber.
But its been a while...hope I can still do that

Nice cars here's mine:canada:

LOHRTBT 04-29-2003 09:19 AM

Slick Car trixter! :) do you not have the SS wing on it or does it not show in that pic due to the angle?:burnout:

Captkaos 04-29-2003 02:32 PM

I think it is the angle. If you look to the right of the b-pillar you can see the "lip" from the spoiler.

trixter99 04-29-2003 03:26 PM

Yes it has the wing on it I bought it new in 99.:canada:

LOHRTBT 04-29-2003 06:37 PM
