here are some pictures of the repaired dented door piece. It was the bottom door piece in the first picture. I hammered the dent out, filed it flat and sanded it smooth.

here's that picture. The one on the left is an actual shortbox piece, the one on the right is a door piece. You can see that the door doesn't have quite the same rounded corner, but it's really close.
