What do ya mean, the lower pivot. Do you mean does all the hinge mechanisms work? Is this what you are looking for? I also have the trunion (i think thats what its called-it is the rotating cup that connects the tailgate to the truck)

Hey Shawn, the parcel shipping cost was $27.15 plus the shroud. She said the size/girth made it cost more. What do ya think? Will that work for ya? I am uploading some more pics on my phone as we speak. Do you need the radiator brackets? They weigh as much as the shroud... Taking them out could save you some cash.
