Re: Parting out - 1987 V3500 Sierra

I'd never thought to measure the space available for a double retractor. There's only 2 inches clearance between the floor and the seat. There's no way one's going in there, so I'm thinking that might be a reason they went with a single retractor.

Can't use these, I guess, so back to the drawing board.

Is the gauge cluster still available? I really only need the cluster housing (green piece), but will take the entire cluster if athe price is right. My zip is 55448.

Thank you.

Wipers are sold. I am actually not sure if the horns work, I will check when I next work on the truck (next weekend).

Jack setup I'm keeping for my other truck.

Do you still have the stainless simulators. They all look real nice with one have a couple dings. Is this correct?

Yes, just the one on the driver's rear has the 2 dings. I expect they could be popped fairly easily. They're still available

Yes, it is hydro clutch, external slave. I've removed the bellhousing, but all the clutch system is still sealed up and I kept the slave compressed so as to not get air in it. Do you need just the pedal or the whole assembly?

It would appear I have the 2 bolt variety, I wasn't able to get a picture but I will grab one Thursday PM or Friday AM when I go out to work on the truck.

You mean where the defroster comes through the dash pad? I've honestly no idea. I'll look on Friday.

What does the parking brake assembly look like?

Doors and all associated parts are gone, sorry.

Parking brake assembly looked good, $35 shipped would do it I think. I won't be able to pull it until next weekend.

Mike,

They're not in the best of shape, I'm hopefully going to be getting them cut free of the truck next week and I can take some photos for you, if you're still interested we could try and figure something out.
