I have been thinking of doing a 2 1/2 front spindle drop and 4 inch rear coil drop but am on the fence.

I like the way it sits too.

On my quick test drive before I bought the truck I wanted to get it up to cruising speed. I was doing 80 and it felt pretty comfortable. The seller didn't know what gears it had but after that I knew it had 3:07's. I wanted to pull the diff cover just to verify. With a spindle drop and 4" rear drop do these trucks ride/feel much different or is it mostly just a change in appearance?

Very nice looking truck. I would lower it a bit and make the tires fit the holes. Welcome to the Forum and thanks for the pictures

The spindle doesn't change the geometry of the front end so it should ride exactly the same, your load capacity might be reduced with drop coils in the rear but your ride should be very similar.

At some point you need to add an adjustable track bar and relocate your rear shocks when dropping but i think 4" is fine. I'll let others chime in more about that.
