I vote to go with. I know what you are saying about the k10. You could also get some made for you. Check out CON2R.com They can make you anything but you will drop some coin on it.

Cool, thanks. I'm really surprised that the aftermarket companies that make all of the other's don't make a K10 emblem.... I've kinda wondered about buying a K5 and C10 and cutting them and trying to reattach the two pieces some how, but wasn't sure how that would work or work.

I have thought abou that. The fenders that I'll be using actually have all of the emblem holes filled. I just wasn't sure how it would look or hold with the 3m tape. seems like it would be a pain to try and cut out around all those curves in the letters.

ALL trim on modern cars is held on with tape. It holds very well. Took me a long time to get "Chevrolet" off the tailgate of my S10.

Here's some stuff I've used 3M tape on. Just get a packet of new razor blades.

Those look really great. If you didn't tell me, I wouldn't even know that it was taped on.

The tape is actually a better way to put emblems on as you have no metal to paint contact and less chance to chip paint at mounting holes. On the hood or wherever you have individual letters it is touch to get the spacing and to get them all straight though. If you had a hood without holes and wanted letters it would still be better than trying to drill it accurately.

You mean like this?

Before (most of the rust is the capture nuts rusting, not from chipped paint).

After clean up and touch up paint:

I've searched the forum to find someone who had this problem! May I ask what you did to find the holes and do it, and not ruin new paint? Is there 2 holes for each letter?
