Probably looking at $50 plus shipping for those items. If you are still interested I can investigate them closer.

They are typical almost 50 year old parts. They are driver quality and not sure if all the studs are intact until they are pulled. $30 plus $10 ship if they come off ok.

Seat belts. Need some love. Yes that is part of the floor still attached. 1 retractor is rusted and doesn't pull. Buckles look good.
$30 shipped
Lighter housing with wire.
$15 shipped.
Heater control has been repaired, but the face is tight and the arms are not broken.
$40 shipped.
