well time to lay this puppy to rest. I managed to take out crossmember after going through a million drill bits and hammering with a chisel like a madman. After asking around body shops about straightening out my rear crossmember I found a retired guy in shop with some sort of press and forty bucks later he had it pretty much straightened out. Installed with 7/16 bolts from Wilco! It's snug as a bug in a rug and I'm content with it.

Looks good from where I'm sitting , next time just use a 4" grinder and grind the rivits heads off 1 side and smack it with a punch and a baby beater to pop the rivits loose .:lol:

just glad I made it out still in one piece and no grinding marks on frame. Thanks for the advice and is baby beater politically corrupt? lol.
