I believe its the last RPO on the left hand column...looks kinda like the RPO for gears at first, but its a front posi...probably a dana spicer trak lok unit.

the posi wouldn't matter for street driving when the truck is in 2wd. i believe posi's only lock the axleshafts together if there is input from the front driveshaft (at least that is how my detroit locker is). in 4wd, tho, that thing would be a beast on the street!
