If you do a step side bed you have to put on a roll pan and shave the rear steps. Or keep your bed and make it a dually. Gotta love long and low, and you already don't care about parking.

Na going short wide with it, seems everyone around here thinks that their beds are worth the price of gold even needing body work... Nope if i was worried about parking i would walk

Scott, if you have a long bed then you have a short bed brother........ It's like whittlin, it's in there, you just have to carve it out man.

Re: My 93 Crewcab Build

Yeah im hoping to get some good progress done on it after the holidays,
I found a stepside bed but not sure if i want to really go that route...

JohnC 11-18-2009 04:32 PM

Re: My 93 Crewcab Build

You can always throw the stepper on there, and get a fleet side later if you don't like it.

joe231 11-18-2009 06:27 PM

Re: My 93 Crewcab Build

one question......is the stepper cheap or free????
if so, DO IT!!

scotts62 11-18-2009 06:44 PM

Re: My 93 Crewcab Build

Yeah would be cool but seems everyone thinks just the beds can go for as much as the whole truck is worth, or more

For instance--- running parts truck for sale $750 or just the bed $500 :lol:

joe231 11-18-2009 06:59 PM

Re: My 93 Crewcab Build

yeah....I did find you one for cheap, remember
