Get one of these, it will loosen the lug nuts easily:

the truck God's were smiling on me ...
I found a radiator used from a Trifive V8 car its my Betweener
and picked up my new master cylinder and my rebuilt Hydrovac booster

My new to me Radiator had a leak so took it to the shop...
glad a did $40 was well worth it.
Then me doing my best and spending a few hr trying to make it stop leaking

I have seen this truck listed several times over the last few months and the price has decreased every time it was re-listed. The seller now claims there are title problems.

Are the cylinders froze? if not you may be able to rebuild them. Even without a kit. If the hardware is in reasonable shape (pistons and springs), then the only thing you'll need is the cups which a place like NAPA should have a paper catalogue listing for.

If you can get the wheel cylinders, then by all means, go for it!! Building a pickup is cool idea. After looking at those pics, an idea came to mind. How about a Cameo style bed with the stepside fenders added to make the dually bed?

to much time has past
Finished the floor (not well) but road worthy
installed a 02 3rd safari seat
New master cylinder leaking
Time is flying by.........

Started the truck today
have not started/ drove the truck since 10-23-15
.
Fired right up let it get up to temp...... looking forward to working on it
