Cleaned up the welds on the rockers and stripped the pans down and painted with Krylon Rust Tough, ran seam sealer along the sides, and underneath the truck. Then sprayed some 3m rubberized undercoating as well

wow thats ambitious, I didnt think Southern Trucks rotted like ours do up here... I try to look for southwestern or western trucks... RUST REPAIR SUCKS but yours was cake compared to some i had to do on the K5 check out the link
http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...amin+greenjust a suugestion (unless its done already) I would look into replacing the inner rocker its basically afloor extension / drop like the dog leg in a GM car off the trucnk floor pan and connects to the rocker... again see the build for my 74 K5
To me if im taking out that much metal I try to replace as much as I can...
lits looking good man...keep it up... nice to see another early (70's) BOX saved from the crusher

Tell me about your headlights, they look interesting... Perhaps something I need for the C50.

I bought H4 Conversions off of Amazon....I had to adjust the headlight brackets and its recommended you update the harness to a relay harness for better brightness...They also have Halos in them but I dont have them attached!

Here is a thread with a few pics
