Mia (my 8 year old) helped finish up the bed Sunday!
Truck sits lower now (more weight in the bed- half the original wood was missing!) Mia also installed new rear air shocks (as shown 80 psi) but I think Im gonna buy taller rear springs and go from a 3" rear drop to a 2 " rear drop and run less air in the shocks daily... Have new fender emblems and a red sticker on the sail panels to add a splash of red color! Now I need to redo all the electrical, new cab bushings and dynamat, redo the tailgate, and freshen up the dash!:smoke: Attachment 1090554 Attachment 1090555 Attachment 1090559 |

Very nice work. I am about to redo my bed and keep going back and forth between clear and black for the wood. Also doing in reverse order. Doing gauge and electrical 1st. |

Think factory was black. Much easier for a driven truck....show truck look good with the stained (clear) wood. I am gonna put a camper on it and enjoy the summer! |
