Maybe someone can stop and talk to the neighbor with c20 trucks outside. You at least know if there ever was a blazer next door. His house looks clean and taken care...if I was closer I would go talk to him for ya.

Re: Someone in Everett, WA.

I am waiting for a call back from the Everett police. We will see what happens next. I had another freind call him. His cell phone has the same area code 425. He answered within 2 rings, my buddy asked him about the Blazer in Craigslist and his responce was it is sold. So I called immediately after only to get his voicemail again. Funny thing is he called my buddy back and asked him if his phone call was some sort of a joke. That could be because I left a message that I knew he was answering his phone to other people and ignoring my calls. We will now see what the police have to say once they call me back. :smoke: WES

Well I just got the return call from the Everett Police and the news isn't good. They tell me that because I paid him earnest money I entered into a cival contract with him. My only choice is now to drive up there, knock on his door, and either get my money or try to collect the Blazer. If he refuses any of the above, then I will have to go to the courthouse and file a small claims case in smal claims court. I asked about the fraud and he said that all he has to do is deni everything. Even if I have evidence to the contrairy. I say lets have fun blowing up his phone!! WES 425-210-3602

Wow I'd say that this was not his first time at the rodeo. I'll also say that he's messing with a dedicated group of people here. If we can verify his identity & address I say we wagon circle his property 67-72 style. With a little planning "I'm in".

I remember years ago I got ripped off and the folks here REALLY laid the heat on this guy. I lost but the heat laid on him was worth more than my loss.

Re: Someone in Everett, WA.

After the "beep", my call went like this:

"Hi."

"I'm calling about the Blazer on Craig's List."
"I hope you have caller ID so you can call me back."

"Okay..."

"And, Oh!", "I just wanted to see if I could get
a lesson on how many f^$ki*g times you can sell
one Blazer, you scamming PR*#K!"

"Thanks." "Good-bye."

Won't work. But it made *me* feel better.
Don't even know if the original "ad" was on Craig's List.
But it doesn't really matter. HE knows what he did.

Plus the fact that the image was last updated 07/05/2012 when I checked yesterday. GE is one of my favorite address confirmations.

Well he must be tiring... He tried the pick-up hang-up tactic so I couldn't leave him a lovely message... So I had to call him again so I could leave the message... The another time to say that I had just left him a message. Someone else texted him and he responded "Wes I will call you back in an hour" Problem was I didn't send the text and he hasn't responded back to me.... Keep it up guys.. :metal: WES

You guys ROCK!! He finaly answered the phone. He is madder than an old wet hen!! He said he still had the Blazer and planned on calling me back in his time not mine! I said that it doesn't work that way when he has my money. Long story short he is supposed to call me back in an hour (it is now 5:39pm PST) with what he is going to do. So lets back off untill then, give him the chance that he doesn't deserve. I will post if he doesn't call me back and we can resume the calls!! Again, You guy ROCK!!! WES

Well it has been 1 1/2 hrs. Still no call and when I called him I got his voicemail again. I am trying to get my lawn mowed between all of this, but all of my phones tell me when there is a missed call so I know he hasn't called. I am going to give him 10 minutes to call me back, then I will resume my calling him relentlessly. Help from the boards would be great again at that point.. lol I do not know what this guy is thinking.. WES

Okay. My first call at 7:25 had him pick up (I could hear the T.V.), and hang up.

So, I called back IMMEDIATELY. Voice mail.

Here was my message:

"Hey, Buddy."
"Time to take care of business".

"By the way, I understand you're mad."

"Well, let me tell you this: If you had taken care of business properly,
none of this would be happening."

"And now, because you didn't do the right thing, you are mad at US?"
"You got the blame thing all wrong." "And that the way it usually goes."
"Scam artists need to blame someone else for the results of their own bad actions."

"Time to take care of business".

Like I said...My call won't do anything.
But *I* feel good.

Did I tell you guys you rock!! Hold off again he seems to be responding to your calls... He called again, and told me he is going to deliver the Blazer around 8:30 or 9:00 in the morning. We will see he is supposed to call me again in 2 hrs so about 9:30 pm. We will see again...lol WES

I hear you, FF.

But this current tactic, although I'm surprised about it,
*seems* to be working. All I can figure is that his phone
must be important to him. And that, in this case, is good.

I'm no pro at this ****, but I think that we have to keep the
pressure up whenever he doesn't do something he says he's
gonna do.

WES will have to let us know.

Wes do you even want the Blazer at this point or would a refund suffice? I'd have a hard time handing anymore money over to him. If he does show up I'm hoping you'll pack some protection and maybe a friend or three.

I hope you have people there if he is coming to your house. No telling what this guy would try to pull.

Re: Someone in Everett, WA.

I hope you get the blazer you are after but he seems like a real POS. he called and he bargained with you to get the calls to stop. Then they start again when he doesn't call and he finally calls to bargain again. I hope tomorrow is a good day for you but I am skeptical. When he called the first time I would have had him tell me where the blazer is. If he said it was at the address he gave then you would know he was lying again. I do think you need to get some sort of recording device on your phone so you can have a little proof for the cops. I can't stand people like this and just consider them worthless. I hope you get your money or the blazer and he eventually gets what he deserves.
Did you save any pics of the blazer he is suppose to be selling?
Frank

I'm pretty sure he won't call WES at 9:30 tonight.

Not that I want to "buy trouble". But, unfortunately, I'm pretty sure
tomorrow won't be a good day no matter what happens, Frank.

Knowing what we know at this point, I'm with you all the way on your
assessment of the situation. And of this guy.

And, if I were this weasel, I'd sign on to the Forum and sub to the thread.
Just to find out what's gonna happen to me if I didn't come thru....

But that's just me. And I ain't him.
