Greg, without going through your whole thread, what hoses did you use with the serpentine set up? I'm thinking the stock lower will still work, but the upper might be an issue.

Thanks,
Brian

I have not got to that point yet. Still undecided on which radiator to go with. I wish I could be more help. I'm sure if you start a new thred about this someone can steer you in the right direction.

I dropped these parts off at a local powder coater last and they delivered them back to me today. The parts turned out real good. This afternoon I installed new vent gaskets and then reassembles them. One of them needs a tweeking but still turned out pretty good.

Still not sure if I like these or not. I was thinking they would go with the stainless tailgate chains and pivot bolts. I will decide when everything gets mounted together. If not I have another set that can be painted body color. It's always nice having extra parts.

I don't blame you. When mine hits the road again, I plan on driving it as much as I can.

The top of the roof is ready for slick sand. The back of the cab is getting close. Once it gets back on the stand I'll work the cab corners and finish the rockers out. The bottom of the roof flange still needs work.

Thanks Jeff.

How many have A.D.D. when your working on your truck. I suffer from it. I starting laughing today. I started to work on one thing and as I was working my way around the cab I found a few other things that needed done and ended up working on them. Squirrel

Here are a few pics from today.

I used an awl to find good metal then cut it out. Then I cleaned all the loose rust away, treated the remaining rust and cut the patch out of the new panel. The inside of the door was in really nice shape.

a few more. I normally don't cut my new panels long, but I saw this one will need some massaging to get it right. Glad I did. My first fit was almost perfect.

Nice work on the patch. My passenger door needs a little attention in that same area.
