As you can see in this pic my interior door panels look like hell and my handles have not been connected in months. I decided I would paint my interior door trim and new repop pads i had and reinstall the new handles and window cranks I bought months ago. At least I have working door panels now... LOL http://i391.photobucket.com/albums/o...p/IMG_1257.jpg http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a2...p/P3050036.jpg http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a2...p/P3050035.jpg I aslo installed a coupld stickers in the back window... but no pics yet....:metal: Im finishing getting a few other things taken care of and taking care of a few unforeseen bill around the house and then within a few weeks Ill have my entire front end stuff. 67 grill, cowl hood, all new body mounts, bed pads, repop 67 fenders and inner fenders, battery tray, hood hinges, and lights etc. Then the little rust I have in the corners and drip rails on the rockers need replacing..... once that is done then I can also feel good about replacing the door molding and carpet. |
Re: Project NOT4SLE
I can't believe your floorboards look that good. Mine are terrible.
Looks like you're working on new duct work too huh? |
Re: Project NOT4SLE
the door panels look great......
|
Re: Project NOT4SLE
btw, are you putting the new plastic style woodgrain pieces on your door panels? I couldn't find the aluminum ones anywhere. I don't think they make them anymore.

Re: Project NOT4SLE
Finally got my leaking thermostat problem fixed I think. I have a cheap chrome thermostat housing as the stock housing was pitted and toast. Since buying it and installing it the thing has leaked with a thin gasket, two gaskets, siliconed, gasket sealed you name it!
Well today I found of all companies a Mr. Gasket thick reusable thermostat housing gasket. The thing worked for fixing my leak! nopics though... I did install a couple pics in the rear window and get a few parts ordered. |

Hey vegaschevy - Is this your ad on Craigslist, for sale?
http://phoenix.craigslist.org/nph/pts/1733669026.html Looks like yours. No mention above that you are selling it... especially with a project name of NOT2SLE. What's up, is this a scam or something??? |

he was on the site earlier today too.

Re: Project NOT4SLE
His last post was on the 10th talking about his frame and rims. I wonder why he would talk about that when he listed this ad the same day...
|
Re: Project NOT4SLE
lets hope it's nothing bad! Maybe he found something else? I always hope for the best.

Re: Project NOT4SLE
I had talked to him and he is planning on going a lot lower with a new front end and basically everything would be replaced....so it makes sense for him to sell the complete truck and then buy a new one that is more what he's looking for then drop it with PB goodies....
