65 C20 Custom Camper $6500
I wish I had more room.. long time search for me, but just not good timing.
For you Custom Camper fans, you already know how rare this truck is, and how hard to find an original that isn't too far gone. This one appears to still have its original 283, and even still has its locking ring wheels.

I agree Jocko, this type of pickup does not come up often. Those lock ring wheels really set off the period "look". And how many still have original caps? One thing about the Custom Camper option in these years, does not include a suitable power train, in this case, the 3 speed manual. Also, we don't know if we are getting the standard 4.56 or optional 4.11 rear.

Yep, I was a little surprised with the 3OTT, most of the original owners seemed to have opted for the 4-speed. But I could kinda see swapping in an original 4-speed (or disguised later model NV) for strength on this truck. Agree 65 and earlier can be frustrating to figure out how the truck was originally equipped since there are no SPIDs till 66, generally speaking. Without original documentation, I'm not aware of a way to know what the original owner ordered when new - beyond guessing based on condition - but not proving. No matter what you see now, there's no way to prove definitively it hasn't been swapped in over the years.

I was thinking there was build sheets under the seats? Unless I'm wrong and that didn't start till 66 someone can correct me. Even with build sheets though they can most often be too deterated to be able to read.
