It's a one day ride but some of us are going to run two days, just don't know which two yet. Might be Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun, hard to say right now. How far are you from the park? |
Re: Building a Blazer - vtblazer's Way
Is this the place? http://www.tctri.org/
I'm 30 miles south... Is it $50 for me to go ride with you? Are those rates normal for 4x4 clubs? Edit: or is this the one you go to? http://www.rc4x4.org/ I'm gonna want to build a trail rig after a trip to that place... |
Re: Building a Blazer - vtblazer's Way
Cool, build a trail rig...Rausch Creek

2nd one and no, it won't cost you $50, that's only if you drive. The last time down, it was only $5 or $10 for the passenger, Jim could tell ya. Course, last time down the entry fees were only $35 too. :waah: |
Re: Building a Blazer - vtblazer's Way
well, count me in if that's cool.. end of Feb sounds chilly though:lol:
you guys camp or do a hotel? makes me wish I hadn't of passed on an 84 K-10 with a lift and a blown engine now... maybe a beater jeep is in my future! |

I've done both, they both have they're benefits. When we do the hotel thing, we stay at the Comfort Inn down off of exit 100. Nice place and the wife really appreciates the shower at the end of the day. ;) Camping is great too, hangin' with the boys telling lies over the campfire is tough to beat. I'll post up that we have the need for an open seat, gotcha covered. |
Re: Building a Blazer - vtblazer's Way
Pine Grove exit... that's even closer to me...
sounds like a plan, let me know when the day gets closer... |

There's an excellent truck stop there, great food w/huge portion's! I posted looking for a seat on the two sites currently running threads about the ride, shouldn't be a prob but now you GOTTA be there! |
Re: Building a Blazer - vtblazer's Way

http://maps.google.com/maps?oe=utf-8...60514995423613 my buddies wife owns the place... |
