Here's my current project. First one is what she looked like when i got her, and then how she's sitting now. 89 v3500 454/th400/np205 dana 60/70 combo. 6" lift on 37x12.50x16.5 Military hummer tires.

Here it is Joe it's pretty ugly at the current moment with the late model step side but I purchased a short fleet side for it and am currently doing body work to it as well.

You should man I like the short 4x4s I got a good deal on this one my dad and Took a train 700 miles to go get it and drove it back! Sold my 2007 Duramax to buy this hope to put a cummins in it soon

How is it driving the ccsb? I dont mind the cclb but sometimes i just look at a parking lot and say to myself "not today" lol

Just picked up a new to me 87' dually. Wanting to fix it up to use in a Ministry that do. 454 BB in need of some TLC but hopefully get it going good soon.

It's better
You have 16" shorter wheelbase and less hanging over past the rear axle.
Makes it easier to park.
I think overall length is close to a suburban, but the wheelbase is longer on a CCSB.

If they wanted that to be "camouflaged", I think sky blue with clouds would have been the better paint choice.....
