We've all heard the old adage "A fly in the ointment". Today I actually experienced it.

I was CCing a pair of heads and after putting a coat of petroleum jelly on the head to seal the plexiglass plate I dropped the plate onto the head as this fly landed in the petroleum jelly, just in time to get squished by the plexiglass. I dont think they could have timed it better in a movie.

Had a bit of a stand off the other morning on my way to work. At one point the little guy put his tail down and started towards me like a cat who wants to rub up on your leg. At that pont I was figuring I was going to real be late for work and I wasn’t going to be welcomed back in the house either. :lol:

Got the smokestack put on the boiler yesterday. My wife was not happy at all with me not asking for help, but I'm still here to enjoy a cup of coffee this morning, admiring my handy work. ;)

The Dozer sprocket and the Spike aerator wheels.

I have a 3 foot section or those spike wheels I pull behind a Mower.

Les, it looks like a fall from that height could leave you STUCK on something pointy.
That reminds me of a time I got up on a step ladder in the bed of my truck to hand saw a large limb that had some over head wires stretched and I got knocked off my ladder when the limb snapped into.
