i two wanted to convert my single speed wiper to the type with washer, but i dont have any pics of how the nozzle attaches or how they look. i can get most of the parts i.e. wiper motor with pump, the button with the squirt plunger, and the bottle hanger. if you have pics of the stepup that would be awesome, and what other parts i need like the wiring and hoses and such. thks

Not much new to add. The holidays were extremely busy with work on the big barn, getting engaged and trying to not eat too much food. Back to work on the seat tracks this week and the seat gets dropped off Thursday or Friday if all works out good. Hope that everyone had a safe and happy holiday.

Your truck is going to like the barn, I plan on moving to a bigger garage myself. I ate to much just like every other year, I'll have to start working on the truck again to lose the belly. Enjoy

Thanks guys, but I get enough exercise felling trees, milling lumber and building my barn to last me for a few years. And I've done my share of c-10 pushing when I was younger. I try to avoid the c-10 workout now.

Boy no kidding! Now how you feel on the lumber part..... but i've been somewhat fortunate that I have only had to push mine maybe 50 feet. LOL! :chevy:

Re: 1963 C-10 in NC

Sorry for the late response TJ. Not much new to report. Been working on the barn a lot. Trying to get a dry place to put the truck so I can tackle some big projects this year.

Did get a call from the upholstery shop. He is ready to take all the parts, so I guess if its not raining tomorrow it'll get dropped off there.

No new progress on the tracks or valve covers, but I have a 3 day coming up, so I plan to get some work done in the time off.

Just back up and moving. Had a kidney stone that took over a week to pass. Then we got hit snow that shut down the city for a few days. 1st day back to work in awhile, so I'll try and stop at the upholsters shop today and get an update.

Sorry to hear about the kidney stone 1963 C-10. Glad your Ok and getting back to work. This winter sucks. I volunteered to head the snow removal crew at work and havent worked on my truck since. Check out the tractors I operate at work, reminds me of the color you picked out for your truck. New Holland Blue

Re: 1963 C-10 in NC

Thanks guys. I rode bulls and bucking horses for years taking many injuries. Broken bones and concussions had nothing on the kidney stone. Worst pain I've ever felt. Just glad its over and hopefully I won't get any more. Has made me drink 4-5 more glasses of water each day now.

Good to be getting back to projects. Over a week at home and mostly in bed. Lost a valve stem sometime while out in bed, but got it to the shop Saturday and replaced. Also found a 61 still behind the shop that I'd already talked to the owner about. Looks like he may be trying to get rid of it. 61 long bed step side, unmolested w/original drivetrain.
