Redcap, that truck would look perfect with H1 beadlocks and 37" military tires.

84SierraClassic, I wish that truck was mine!

That is actually the plan...once I wear out my free 35x12.50xR15s (which might take a while, considering they still have the little rubber nubs all over them!).

bought this 84 suburban about 8 mos ago. it was orig a vol. fire dept command truck. it has h.d. alternator & duel battery set up, which is nice, since its got a 12k lb winch.

body is in pretty bad shape, but the 350 has 64k orig miles on it. she smokes a bit but runs good. right now shes sittin on 33x12.5's. it does want i want it to right now. gets me thru the mud & woods with no worries of body/paint damage.

Saw this one today. It was a 3/4 ton with a 6.2 diesel. Just noticed I caught another squarebody in the background too!

My memory is failing me right now, but those pics are from the website for the company that sells the bumpers. There was a link on this site at one time. I think the thread was about brush guards or ranch hand type bumpers for these trucks.

Yes, it would fit in CO quite well although it looks pretty smug at that there lake back East. That is so ironic that I have been dreaming of a diesel powered stripped Blazer/Jimmy in Tan or White solid paint for a while and you have been hording one all along. I can just see a Banks Sidewinder Turbo kit, Bushwacker cutout flares and a NV4500 swap for that Jimmy of yours. Wait, is that a 9.5 semi-float rear axle in there? If so….the deal is off.
