Hey i was busy spending my hard earned cash.....3 hurst line lock set-up's....a pair of blower holley carbs....2x4 holley fuel line kit..and holley carb linkage ...a 670 holley street avenger carb....a box of cab mounts and bolts....a bunch of brake line parts...a glass beading cabinet....a engine run stand....a new matt for the shop floor for my dog.......back to the body shop again tomorrow.....oh and a new shop vac for the blast cab....rough week on the spending side....

Bought a new bender for my brake lines .....apparently I do not have the hang of using it just yet....I made a mess and have to redo the front lines I just did last night on truck 2..ugh

I am atempting to use SS....my first go at it. I have always used steel lines but wanted the upgrade to SS because I have 3 trucks all sitting there ready to do lines for.

SS is harder to work with just because it's harder than mild steel. Watch your flares for cracks when you do them. Where's the pics yo?

Does heating them up a bit with a torch help any, or hurt?
I did my steel lines for my Tempest by hand, cold. They turned out fine but it was still a PITA.

I do feel bad for ya. It's bad enough trying to juggle 3 different projects, but once progress haults, it's so dang hard to get them done. If you do go Canadian Ninja on his as*, kick him in the ding dong for me would ya? :lol: And yeah, I still have no front sheet metal and he's trying to back peddle out of doing the box until June. I told him he will have a rude awakening next week if chit doesn't change. Maybe I should get some pesos and flash in front of him. :lol:
