I'm still undecided I have 3 different ones to choose from. 3m, dura mix and kent. I believe 3m bought dura mix but they still have the dura mix products. I could be wrong. I will post up which one i use when I do it.

It has been awhile since i have updated the progress. Alan found this area while do some metal work. Hoping this is the end of rust repair. But as Alan and I discussed better to fix it now than after the paint is applied. As always Alan made it look better than new.

Also today Alan is installing the a pillar rain gutters. The passenger side needed a little metal streching to fit the contour of the cab. Always nice to have the right tools for the job.

Thanks Don. I think after applying the 3m 08964 undercoating and getting the a/c unit mocked up it should be ready for final prep and paint.

Nice work as always! Gotta be comforting knowing it's being done "right" as well. :bowtie:

Thanks Chad. It's been so long since I drove it I'm not sure I remember how. Maybe I can talk Alan into taking me up the road to jog my memory. Good to hear from you again.

Add Scott's Hot Rods to the mix on the A/C system as well. They're forum sponsors & offer a discount for members I believe.

cab is getting closer & closer!

Thanks guys,
Laidbackrecreations gave me a good price for the inside the cab kit but I will check with the other vendors. I'm still on the fence about using my 406/700R4 combo. When I finally decide I will get the correct compressor have the a/c lines made up.

We could probably work something out as long as it isn't raining. ;)
