I was in the same boat until a couple years ago when i bought a house with a shop. I love it man. I spend lots of time in my little man cave

Glad the other guys were able to recall the Buick influence, I knew I had seen something with a dash like that before, but I would never have figured out what it may have been.

It is looking top notch so far, I really dig it !!! :metal:

dash extension looks great, really brings the interior all together too! have you tried to look for a spare longbed so you can fix yours? I seen one down here at a bodyshop, been sitting on the ground for about a yr. also I haven't looked it over, I'll try and ask about it this next weekend if you want!!

coulter 11-10-2013 08:23 PM

thanx man!! no i havent really looked around too much yet.. i know you can buy complete bedsides but they are pretty pricey and im sure a factory one would fit better anyway. ya man if you dont mind ask if they want to sell it

ok, i'll look it over first! to make sure the driverside its straight, that way you can get the corner piece, where it bolts up! I know you can buy the side pieces but I don't think they sell the corner piece that wraps around and bolts to the header panel! o, if you can get a pic of the damage on yours that way i'll know what all to look for

i have had several metal cutting blades but they seem to wear out kinda fast because the saw turns to fast. i need to change up the pullies to slow it down. but the last time i wore out my metal cutting blade i said screw it and put on my wood cutting blade and it works pretty good actually and have lasted way longer. It is super loud when cutting though :lol:
