Very sorry to hear about your dog. My wife and I have been doing Rottweiler rescue for about 10 years now. We lost two to bone cancer this year. The first was our first dog together. We caught it very early and lucked out. Her right front leg was amputated and we did Chemo. We got another year and a half. The second boy, it was about 2 months from when it was diagnosed to when we had to put him to sleep. He was not a canidate for the amputation.

Our friend's girl just had an amputation because of cancer, less then a month ago and lost her last week.

The one thing I can say is that bone cancer is very painful for the dog, and spreads quickly.

Euthanasia is never an easy decision. I have been through it too many times. I know what you are going through right now.

You can change over to the '73-'87 control arms and shafts no problem, they will bolt up to the '71 crossmember.

Now I can afford to buy two more. I'm going to order my dropped spindles but I don't know what I want. It seems there are two different types modular ones for like 300 and reg dropped ones for around 220. I'm thinking I'll get the spindle upgrade kit for 71-72 from cpp 269 you get the dropped spindle, upper ball joints and outter tie rod ends. I don't know if I need the tie rod ends if I go with rack and pinion? I wonder if I could swap out my upper/ lower shaft assembly for the new 73 type with the poly bushings? Transmission guy still has'nt even looked at my 3 speed went in today it was still sittting where I put it. I'm going in tomorrow and kick him in the balls then take it somewhere else. Ok I might not kick him. Well if I could get away with it I would.

I'm really am sorry to hear about your dog. We had to put ours down after 16 years. They become a part of the family. It took us a long time to get over her. It took a while to talk my wife about getting another dog. We finally did, and he's the best dag we ever has, and helped us get over our loss.
This is Ripley. He's as goofy as me.

I've had Rotts most my life. I've only have one live to be a gray face. My last two both died at 6. Every one had cancer. Maybe I'll get a Pit this time. I can seem to be without a dog. I have my own bussiness so they come to work with me every day. My dog has ten times as many hours sitting in my truck as I do and god help anybody that walks near it.

Hey everyone,

I have had to temporarily disable attachments while migrating to a new server. This should be solved by the end of the month and probably sooner. You may see some other features come and go at random but rest assured the site will eb back at full functionality and capabilities soon.:me2::baa::censored::m2::m5::cuss::m6::banghead::dohh: Hell, I'll have my truck done by then.

Just do this

You have to do it exactly like this.

Here's the properties.

http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/i.../head_left.jpg

Now put this in front of the properties after you paste it. after it.
And you get this.
