I have the same fuel door and planned to do the same thing you have done with the passenger side flip and the K5 filler neck cover panel.

Do you have a build thread on your truck?

Sorry it's been a while since I've logged on. Fuel tank was done by PO. He told me it was from a 80 Blazer. Think it was a full size rather than a S10. Will change my post.

Cut in a 12x12 piece with fuel door from a mid 90's Chevy. It was a left side fill from the 96 Chevy so turned it upside down to mount on the right side. More work than I thought it was going to be. But turned out nice I think.

Correction, I think fuel tank is from an 80 full size Blazer. It is 27" x 27". Was done by previous owner so I wasn't sure.

Looks great. And now it can even roll up on a curb. Did you have to lock the hubs in?

Heck no ! Hahaha !

I still need to pull the front shaft as the splines are worn out on the yoke. The extra cash spent on the rims took away funds from repairing the shaft.

Good rubber and rim choice, looks a lot better, especially on the curb.

Sorry, haven't been on here in a while. My main reason for wanting to boatside it now is because the rockers are completely rusted out. But after driving it like this I may just replace the rockers with some built in rock sliders so it looks stock but can still take a beating at Clayton. And I don't think I would like getting in and out of it with boatsides and 44" rubber.
