Thanks everyone, I had the truck 7 months, it already had the front clip and LS motor in it. I work out of state 14 days+\- then I'm home the same so my spare time is limited. He wasn't in a hurry for it so I took my time. Mine will be very similar.
Here are all my rides.

I dig what you did with the thunderheader ... it de-modernizes it on the bike. I've since moved south from Weirs Beach but the tag on my "Hydraglide" softail was "SLED" - had it for MANY YEARS.

Truck looks great too.

Thank you. May be headed your way for the warmth in the winter.

Thanks Jim.

I used a French headlight kit from Hagen. You can find them at several different hot rod part retailers.

Oh yeah, it's at the paint shop now, the painter, Jason Ohl, is getting help from Ken Kennedy with panel fit. My buddy Terry Memmel and I built the truck and assembled it in his garage. We didn't take much time with panel fit, as evidenced by the hood opening on the way to Columbus! I am sending my best set of grill bars as well as some other small parts to chrome, and making a couple changes in the interior. This truck has taken a long time and I can't wait to see it finished, rather than a bunch of ideas rattling around in my head!

Bob -

Your being too hard on yourself. I saw the truck in person and the gaps and panel fitment looks better than most.

Looking forward to seeing it shinny.

Marc
