I have a 1971 K/5, with 99k miles and a new 350 motor, semi-restored, orange and white. I am considering trading for a Chalet. I will post pics soon.

Just bought my 1970 Blazer a couple weeks ago. Amature resto started.

Also looking at a 1970 Jimmy, a 71 Blazer, and a 72 blazer for parts/rebuild possibility in the near future, all 4x4.

Excellent rides everyone. I had a dark Purple 69 Longbed till I tried to knock down a huge tree doing like 40. Bent the frrame in front on both sides. Still have it if anyone is interested. Here's mine got it last June. Got to drive it for two weeks while I was home on R&R before I had to go back to Iraq. I get back home around mid June, cant Freakin wait.

Here's some pic's of my 69 Purple Longbed: 2wd, 33", Hannemann Fiberglass 3-1/2" Flared out front fenders. The color is called Passion Purple from Dupont Hot Hues color chart. I Loved the Purple Beast, thinkin about repainting the Blazer Purple.

Thanks Burt. I like your rig too. We got hit with 3 incoming mortar rounds but all landed just outside the perimeter of our camp. Can't wait to get out of here. A little over a month left. :metal:
