actually i was suppossed to go to atlanta and check out a 69ss chevelle but that fell through, and i have almost talked myself out of the 55 because of all the suspension cost, so i jumped in the truck and went and rode the roads sat, found a 65 short step(not for sale) then a 66 short step, it was for sale but it was really a basket case priced at barrett jackson prices, then i stumbled on a 65 short fleet:metal: but now one was at home, i did find out his name and that he had a heart attack sat morning before i came through, so i think i should give him some time before i start bothering him, i did hear he was doing ok though so thats good news. there is for sure something else coming just dont want to get in a hurry. but thanks guys for checking in. hopefully there will be some dragstrip videos coming in the spring,i did get a lead on a big shot nitrous kit so maybe thats in the near future.

Beautiful trucks. We have all the front sheetmetal for a '67 put back for my son when he gets a little older. He has his heart set on a light blue and white truck with a LS engine. You two have done an incredible job on both trucks.

awesome, I was racking my brain trying to think of somebody else in the 60-66 group with a red truck...none more deserving than this one :metal:
