Re: dinos just a clean bagged 66 shortbed
Every time I see one of your builds, I always comment, "This is the nicest one yet". Well, here I go again.
The attention to detail on this build is outstanding. Nice, subtle touches that are so well thought out that it all has a "Factory GM" vibe. That's the kind of stuff I really like. I can't wait to see this one fully assembled and on the road. |

Re: dinos just a clean bagged 66 shortbed
Beautiful truck! Very inspiring...
I am anxiously waiting for your next build. Hopefully it is still going to be yellow? You mentioned building a truck for your wife. Is this gonna be the one? I have a 63 long step and a 63 Nova convertible project. One or the other will probably be butternut yellow. Posted via Mobile Device |

Re: dinos just a clean bagged 66 shortbed
I never thought of just trimming the ends and folding the fender lip back underneath. Works slick ,

Re: dinos just a clean bagged 66 shortbed
man, i love your place...
the truck work is exceptional but what sends me is the little bits of background stuff that shows up in the pics. |
Re: dinos just a clean bagged 66 shortbed
Dino, the truck is looking good. The paint that Joe is doing looks great. Is he painting a few parts at a time then color sands and buffs them out? Or are these pictures of just the paint/clear before any buffing?
