i just got caught up on your thread and im sooo glad that i read the last few pages, i was going to put my engine in the blazer the week or two, now i can make adjustments and use factory a/c! woooo hoooo

well!! for all my friends that have been wondering...


WE GOT OUR LOAN MODIFACTION WITH A FIXED RATE!!!! so our payment isnt adjusting anymore!! we got a 5.0?% interest rate for 30 years on our 1st. not too shabby! or rate for 'interest only' right now was 6.75% and was adjusting up every 6 months. our payment is about the same as before the 1st adjustment($50 more) but thats fine as long as its not going up anymore!!

That's cool! I'm sure you already checked on it, but when we did our refinance a few years back we were able to drop a few % and change it to a 15 year note for less than $200 a month.....it has been tough at times but....15 years less. ;)

Just an FYI - the oil pan kit that BRP sells for $249.99....... it is the same factory kit GM sells for $125.80 (#19212593, also known as the LH8 kit).
