Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds
I know this is a CL thread but saw this on ebay
http://www.ebay.com/itm/1972-Chevrol...vip=true&rt=nc I spoke with the seller and we reached what I think is a fair price contingent on a third party inspection. Thought I would give you guys a look. You saved my butt on the Tennessee blue and white about a month ago. I'll try an get some under carriage pictures and will post them if they're available. I'll probably post the report in a separate thread like I did last time. If responses are negative, I'll just cancel the inspection. Thanks, Rob |

This is my recent find; purchased from the orig. owner almost a month ago. It's got all the HD parts and it's going to take a lot of work. I get enjoyment from working like this so I think in the end it will be worth it. The truck came from an area that experiences 100+ degree temps so a lot of parts show sun damage. It's basically a very solid truck although it's dirty as heck and that's a project in itself.

I went and looked at this one. The owner doesn't state in the ad that this is a frame swap truck, but it is. 71 C10 body on a 73-80 K20 frame. Just in case anyone else is looking at it. |
