Re: Daverods 52
During these years the rear bumper and front bumper are the same(interchangeable), brackets are different.

Re: Daverods 52
Now you show me. Too late. Done. Well, with the top half. It would be helpful.

Re: Daverods 52
I have used the angle trick, but with C clamp style vice grips for but welding round and tube stock.

Re: Daverods 52
have you gotten the exhaust done?
ron |
Re: Daverods 52
Done except for the very end. I think I'm going to run it through my bumper? Not sure what to do about a rear bumper. I put my front one the back and it looked kinda funny. If I run my exhaust out the back it hits the ground if i raise the front of the truck up.:smoke:

Re: Daverods 52
Just put my cab back on.:smoke:Lots to do now.

Re: Daverods 52

Re: Daverods 52
I think its about four hours. Why? Going on a road trip. I thought all you snow birds go north in the spring.
|
Re: Daverods 52
there is a Chesapeake specialty in Cascade in mid Sept that I thought that I might like to go to and the perhaps to Sebastipol,ca for maybe a new pup afterwards if they are ready. hopefully if the breeding goes as scheduled.
should be driving my truck by then. why that spikey thing on your dog? for sniffing crotches? ron |
Re: Daverods 52

what is it like coming down 95 from up north. looks your 52 is progressing nicely. thought that the frt bumpers fit the rear? ron |
Re: Daverods 52
I would'nt know about 95 I never go anywhere, but you could be on the wrong coast. Can't wait for the trip be sure to take pictures as you go. It seems like the bumper is to round for the back. It needs to be flatter in the middle. I've seen a lot of trucks with no bumper. I think thats the way they came. Different part numbers at Classic parts, the front one is $10 cheaper. I might swap it for the one I have. It's nice except for about a quarter size spot were the chrome came off.
