they are probably out there. There have been quite a few porterbuilt style builds , and at some point those guys will get tired of cleaning the mud off their engines!

Damn those look nice.....I may have to buy those...

Based on my current rate of work, you can expect an email from me in about 4 years (man I wish I was kidding).

Great build!

Good looking product as usual, just the kind of clean, well thought out item we've come to expect from you. Looks great to me.

True.... but I'll toss this out there... It needs to flow w/the engine compartment.

Well hopefully a few people will like my flow. I have always hated how the 60-66 inner fenders look so I wanted to change it completely. Some people will like it some wont, and I can live with that. I have come to realize not everyone has the same taste as me and not everyone will buy my product. I am a small company and I keep my margins low so I wont need to sell a million sets for them to justify the time I spent on them.

You definitely don't have to worry about sales. You have plenty that are going to buy as soon as they are available. I know I'm far out from needing them, but that's not going to stop me from buying them as soon as possible. I follow this build everyday, opening the page and clicking refresh hoping you've got something new. Excellent work.
Are you changing anything on the front end, grill, bumpers, etc? Have you seen the Lime Crush Suburban grill? I would love to order that thing for my truck

Here is some progress from the last few days, I have been installing the Mar-K trunion kit. Nice setup ! what I didn't like is the exposed bolts that you would need on the outside of the tailgate. I welded some nuts on the outside and then built a sheet metal cover to box over them

I have also been working on the roll pan, I brought the bumper brackets through, tucked the bumper in tight. When I got that done I didn't like being able to see the bumper brackets when you were looking down on it so I built some bumper splash pans. I also built a new liscense plate box and raised it in the roll pan, I also shaved the backup lights

this might not look like much but this was about 12 hours worth from Sat evening 5-1am and Sun morning 8-12, tackling some problem areas that had been bugging me. This bed had set forever on the ground and had of course crumpled the front bedside bottom, so much that we couldn't even really tell exactly how they were supposed to look. Gary Angel came over Saturday night and helped get them positioned and braced up ! I designed a matching rear panel for the tailgate and Gary bead rolled it for me.
