you might be able to turn the dually intoo a cartransporter , that would safe(r) from little rocks trown of the rearwheels , you might even use parts of the trailerchassis and fit that on the truckframe

Is that pan hard going to work with such a huge travel? Im trying to get mine setup, and a panhard seems to move left and right a long way from up to down, so I think im going the Watts direction.

Other question, again with such travel, what did you set as your pinion angle with the 4 link??

it was a trade in at the carlot I work at, someone stole it and jack knifed the trailer into the sides

All the way dumped it moves 1/4 inch, I set the pinion at 3 degrees but it can be adjusted wherever we need it once I get the motor and trans all set up

Frame is looking good. The dually will work nice. Just bought f450 and we had no Idea there was a trailer behind her. The dually pulls so good. Really excited for you and the peg. Hope to see you at sema

Strip the whole nose? But it's already back together, rendering the question moot. Did you have a fresher clip or have that one painted? Sold the Cad yet?

Lots of love yet to give her! It's looking pretty sick so far though! Is that just an optical illusion or is the sway bar tube at a different angle than the crossmember?

seems to fit pretty good , does it have a covering over the top or is it solid steel ?
shouldnt matter mush you can fill the ectra with some styrofoam , foam in a spraycan , or simulair and have it covered in leather or vinyl , speaking of vinyl you might even be able to make the fill in pieces of 2 milimetre vinyl sheet with some heat and patience , might make it eazier to adhere the covering to the corners
