THANKS GUYS, took some of the stuff off today, gave the topper away. Pressure washed the upper part of white. Truck started and ran for about 3 seconds then I turned it off, no radiator in it yet. Lighter, dome light, and heater/fan controls all work. AM radio doesn't:waah: probably won't get much done for a week or so, to much going on with family.

I love looking at this Truck, and much better now without the Topper.

Great addition Randy!

Maybe you can get that thing to fly on by the All Truck Nat's next September.

Thanks guys, the stickers aren't the best but they are still on it. I've got to find a radiator to get this thing going, sold all the ones I had. I even had to buy some 4 core holders from Tom K since I was out of them too. Thanks again, Randy

Really glad it turned out good for you. I would tend to think this one was made before the big push of the highlander package, just because it only has the seat option listed, without the special promotional package. I would think even if you had ordered an A or B packaged highlander, you could have ordered tilt and/or a/c seperately as it wasnt part of the package, which is what I think this truck kinda is. I think you should keep it for a year or two and drive it, I kinda want to see a video of it driving around haha.

Pretty cool Randy, can't wait to look her over in person. Definitely one of the coolest 67-72's in our area. Don't worry about that spid, we can make it say whatever you want, ;)

THANKS guys, I moved it back behind the fence. Next week hopefully I'll get some time to work on it more. I think I'm going to have to find a replacement sterring column, this one is jacked up. Maybe that would be a good time to put a tilt in;)

I have never seen or heard of a c20 with the highlander package. Thought the package was for c10 1/2 tons only. I could be wrong though.

I have wondered for the last 10 years if any of those decal trucks survived. Great to see one has!

That is just too cool. My wife took a look at it and said it's ugly... Some women have no truck taste :)

The decals were they installed at the factory or a Dealer installed Option?
Does anybody know? Myself and a buddie are looking into recreating a blazer His farther bought a new one in 1972 in So Ca. He has the window sticker and alot more pictures. I will try and get more posted ASAP

Re: Montana to Kansas the EAGLE has landed

I would say both- but more being applied at the dealer so not to spoil a sale otherwise. I would imagine if they were added at the factory it would be for a truck that was ordered that way. Regardless- don't think many were made. They had the same kit available for ElCaminos- and I believe vans.
