I would at least keep the orig engine and parts. You may not care about the originality but if you ever sell, many buyers would kill for originality in a lower miles good original condition truck.

Good deal for what you paid! Well optioned, 350, AMFM PS, PB, AC, Cheyenne, Black!

Yeah...that grille looks like crud man...as does the bumper and paint on the fender....and the woodgrain trim. Definitely a high mileage beater ;)

:haha:

Great score!!! You could sell the grille, trim, and radio for more than your investment!!! (not that you'd want to) :chevy:

Exciting find! No doubt low mileage but neglected truck. Looks like it has corvette rally disc brake caps on it? If so, just curious how those are mounted? Converted to 5 x 4-3/4? Disc caps on truck rallys?

Killer find, where are you in c-bus? I'm just north of Polaris, I need to hook up with some truck people. I got a 68 lwb c10. I'm getting ready to do full air ride this week. Good luck with yours and keep us posted

Yeah the SPID is mint! If nothing else the glovebox door is low mileage! Enjoy that truck! Let us see it polished up!

Congrats. I think you got a really good deal for 2K. A little detail work and some work getting the motor unstuck and running and you will have a truck worth 3 times what you paid. I'd suggest pulling the heads. It doesn't take much rust in a cylinder bore to stick it. Lots easier to see which cylinder(s) and crocus the rust off the walls from the top.
