Same 5x5.
That's how the Astro center caps end up on the truck rally wheels.

I used a similar tank in my 67 when i swapped to the 6.2, I had a hard time with the fuel fill diameter and location. I added a smaller sized pipe and put it where it would line up closer and clear the chassis.

It`s electrical conduit i picked up from an electical suppy house. It was the perfect size to reuse the factory hose.
I removed the orginal fill once i saw the new one was good.
Sorry for the big pics

Freaking awesome. Can you show the paint where they blended the rockers?

The door bottoms are original paint and the real thing, the rockers are painted to match them.I'll take a picture of it with door open when I get home

Cool paint work!
Glad to see the blue firewall instead of the black color that everyone does.

Did you buy the hydro boost mounting bracket or make it yourself?

I found a write up here on this site, it is actually a mid 90's astro van unit.its pretty easy to adapt to these trucks.Just do a search for hydro boost.

Great progress! I notice you said you were using a Fbody oil pan with the ECE motor mounts. Have you tested fitted the pan yet? I tried that on my burb and had to switch to a Cadillac CTsV pan do to interference with the front crossmember.
