How much for bolt in trans hump? How is tcase shifter boot n ring?

This truck was after they stopped using the bolt in humps. The t-case shifter boot is toast, as is the ring.

On this particular truck, there wasn't anything above the radiator, just the fan shroud (which is broken, brittle old plastic!) If you want just the mounts, they'll flat rate, $10 shipped.
