I just looked at other header designs and started laying out the pipe. I have seen people layout a design using pvc elbows before building them in stainless. All trial and error, and lots of patience.

Thanks, I got the pipe from A local stainless steel supplier. A good place if your in the states is here http://www.aceraceparts.com

Got the passenger side header mocked up, I tried to get it a close to the other as possible.

Much respect. Wish I had your patience at 17 and welding skills. Also a little jealous of the shop you have. wish I had that many tools at my disposal to use on my truck

1/16" filler and a 3/32" ceriated tungsten.

Im going to plumb it in where the two tubes merge to go into the turbo, similar to this setup http://s1025.photobucket.com/user/LS...ra008.jpg.html

Keep it up man. Your skill level is fantastic for your age. I'm 22 building trucks and wish I had half the fab skills you do. Those manifolds are super clean.

I'm 15 and am in the process of restoring my 62 c10 stepside and I hope that when I'm 17 I have the skills the you have!
