It is the medium sand that is cleaned and kiln dried. I was skeptical at first but within a minute I knew I was on to something with this little gadget. This thing stripped everything off the frame like it was nothing. After I blasted everything I washed it all down with just water out of the pressure washer. So nice to have everything stripped and clean. I then used a product called POR15 metal prep. It was unbelievable. washed it off and blew the area off with my blower to dry it. Came back a day later and everything was perfect. I cleaned it and painted it with rattle can.

Thanks for the info...POR 15 is some good stuff. Your frame looks really good.
I ordered the lil gadget ...not bad for 42.00 Ill do my frame once it gets back from the metal man. Cant wait to use this lil jewel...Thanks again for the info

Feels like I have been in quick sand last couple months. But things are moving forward and we are getting close to having it back on its own wheels and under its own power.
Latest update:
I bought a seat cover and figured it would be no big deal to put it on.....WRONG!!!
Its now down at the local shop being reinstalled correctly.. SMH!
Going to get the tires mounted tomorrow and hopefully the lug nuts will come in within a few days. Too Lazy to take pics today..

Very strange, I have asked others and they are seeing them. Could it be a re-fresh issue or trying to view on a mobile device? Not sure what else I can do on my end.. Sorry bout that.

FWIW--I can see all the pictures...very strange some can't.

Quick question...did you paint your cab interior fawn or the silver fawn? If neither, what did you use? Thanks!

Not a big deal here. I'm probably the only one on this forum that uses an 'old fashioned' desk top computer.....maybe that's why I can't see the pics.

That's the pic right there.

I just did a search on EBAY and came up with a ton of options. clear center, red center, blue center, with or without turn indicators and on and on and on... Looks like around $40 dollars. for a set.

how much brighter are they than anything else? That is in my price range. Would love LED but don't want to break the bank.

I saw some LED headlights on EBAY for $85
Just do a search Chevy 7" led headlights and a bunch come up.
The tri bars are bright enough for me and match my ol skool theme..

I also did the headlight relay upgrade and that made a huge difference...

Captain:

I did a search and discovered that if you clear your internet browsers Cache it should fix your issue with the pictures..

I am using Microsoft edge.
click on the three dots or lines in the upper right corner
go to history and click
it should say clear... Click on it
and then it will have a clear cache
takes a minute
and Voila..... clean and clear

Hope this helps ;)

Re: 1966 C-10 build

Thanks for searching and the advise, I will give that a try. With that said, I did discover something by accident. If I view your build thread without logging in, I can see all of your pics just fine.
