Re: My first blazer!!
the fronts i had to build a bracket to hold them in place on the tunnel side of the seat. the outer i used the factory hole in the front and drilled a new hole in the rear. For the rear seats I used 1/2" u bolts through the floor so they operate like they did from the tahoe. You can pull the levers to pivot them and remove them like the factory did. Just make sure you reinforce the area with a large thick washer etc. as the seat belts attach directly to the seats

Re: My first blazer!!
How much Drop do you have. I'm trying to decide if I'm going with 2/5 or 5/7. Also what size are your wheels. Thanks in advance.

Re: My first blazer!!
I still don't have the damn thing back.....Transmissions been in and out 4 times now, Still slipping between 2 and 3 shift under heavy throttle. Shop is thinking now its a transmission case issue where theres possibly a crack in it somewhere thats letting the pressure bypass? Hell I don't know. Thinking i shoulda just bought a new one! lol

decent evening pic i snapped. Have to pull the passenger door apart tomorrow, Im thinking the window motor bolts have possibly come loose from the regulator. Went to roll it up this evening and it went up but was making an awful sound then the motor started free spinning..... Ill check it out and see, Haven't done a whole lot on it lately. been tinkering with the interior and sound system. Have spent most of my time on a customers 53 f100....

truck looks triple sharp. beautiful job. did you sand the chrome bumpers down or is that just the pics?
|
Re: My first blazer!!
i sanded them down, shaved the bolts and tucked the rear. I painted them with a paint called hyper silver. My wheel recon shop uses it on wheels.
