Lynnfield,
I'm a little confused. I know you have been bombarded with questions lately. Honestly, I don't know how you guys can part these puppies out.....Anyway, you already offered the under hood for $50 HERE. The under dash is complete but I noticed on the pic of the a/c control to the bottom there is a connector and pigtail. Does this connect to the a/c fan speed switch? Won't I need it too? Thanks

lynnfield 01-06-2011 11:28 PM

Re: Parting 72 Cheyenne Super

HA! you caught me! and saved yourself $10.00. That pigtail is from another truck, not cut from this harness.

lynnfield 01-06-2011 11:47 PM

Re: Parting 72 Cheyenne Super

I will be cutting this frame up into pieces when I get to that point. For those who may want a specific piece, let me know and I will post pics and condition when I get there. The front is gone with the disc brake set up, it was bent anyway. Thanks, Greg

Hi shipping on the air cleaner to 06010?
Would you ship a piece of the bed floor ?
about the width of the tubs and maybe a piece to fix the 5th wheel whole?

lynnfield 01-07-2011 12:32 AM

Re: Parting 72 Cheyenne Super

blap, $40.00 shipped on the second air cleaner. You would be second on the floor, but if he passes, sure. Greg

Re: Parting 72 Cheyenne Super

Consider all the parts that you quoted me SOLD!! I will PM you to get how you want the funds. If you accept Paypal I can send the $$ tonight or first thing tomorrow. Thanks!

I was also curious if the fan shroud was good and still up for grabs. If it is I would be interested in it as well.

lynnfield 01-07-2011 12:36 PM

Re: Parting 72 Cheyenne Super

1956cameo, the fan shroud was smashed, I kept meaning to post that, sorry. PM returned

gastrader35, the rod went with booster set up, let me know if you still want the pedal and bracket

lynnfield 01-07-2011 12:41 PM

Re: Parting 72 Cheyenne Super

Canadian13, It is an after market universal seat, The brackets used the original front bolt hole and the rear had to be drilled, no rips, just dirty.

Mcbassin, I got the rear harness out, and removed all the extra trailer plug wiring. There is multiple splices up by the frame plug, and a burn spot (from me when I removed the bumper) that did not hurt the actual wires. Greg

Yes i will take the pedal and mounting bracket

Hey everyone, I wanted to say thanks for all the support. Those of you that have bought parts, I will be boxing them up this weekend, ready to go out on Monday. Also I have to go sit through a 10 hour class tomorrow, so replies might be a little slow. Thanks, Greg

Hey Greg, how's the rear window trim(if not already sold)?

lynnfield 01-08-2011 10:35 PM

Re: Parting 72 Cheyenne Super

Gene, The rear trim is ok, only a couple of dings. I'm not quite sure how to ship it without it getting damaged though. We can try if you want it. Thanks, Greg

Re: Parting 72 Cheyenne Super

I have tried to comprehend this entire thread but I have not done as well as you have, Lynnfield. Good job!

I am interested in the tailgate (can this ship?), wheels/tires (in line please), and the radio part of the dash if you part out the cab (someone cut mine out for a new radio:m7:).

Zip is 73036. Thanks much!

Re: Parting 72 Cheyenne Super

Fun? Surely you're just kidding. Looks like a major pita to me. Especially the shipping part of it. I have sold stuff on epay before and that's the worst part. Hard to make sure everything arrives the way it left.

Greg you have a pm. I will take the harnesses. thanks

teeitup 01-09-2011 10:35 AM

Re: Parting 72 Cheyenne Super

Mike, it is fun to me, but like you say the boxing up is the worse part. I like to see guys part a truck, sell parts and go through it all just to see what its like. As Greg has found out it takes quite a bit of time, espcially when you have a family and a real job. But thats why I said he has done a good job keeping up on all it. GOOD JOB Greg, Take care, Randy

Here is a pic of my floor .It was cut for air ride .I'd say 24"would give me plenty to work with plus a piece to fix the 5th wheel hole.
Thanks Brad
