are you talking about inner fenders for tire clearance? if thats what your talking about here is a pic i took when i trimmed my fire wall so can roll 2 inches of the groung on level roads not the best shot of he inner fenders but it will give you an idea.... im gonna be installing the trailer fenders next....

I dropped it.... then I put 24s on it. 4.5 drop in front .....
Inner fenders are out..... but rubs in that inside of the outter fender, so that has to be shaved....... may or maynot bag it...

no they dont rub at all... the tire doesnt hit anything not even the fire wall now that i trimmed it... im gonna be able to drive this thing 2 inches of the ground once im done with it of course thats on level roads like the freeway since i wont be making severe turns.... now on the city im gonna have to raise the front up just enough to clear the front tire.....yeah their 22s....

24s here..my offset msut be to big.. what size tires are u running.... just put my stock springs back on... set kind of high now.

I would have to run 275/25/24 in front, for me to run a 4.5 drop in front... I put my stock coils back on today... I looked at a height chart 265/35/22 is just .5 shorter than 275/25/24

Started with a 84 lwb with a bent frame and a 74 swb with a rotten cab and bed swap to a stepside and got this.
74 frame and suspension
84 cab, front clip, rear end, engine and tranny
87 step side bed

Mine looks almost the same. The first pic is before I buffed it out, the second is how it sits now. I have changed the engine, trans, interior, and A/C out, though.

My truck actually went through these three steps (since I am only allowed one at a time. The '79 had an LT1 in it, that got sold and I bought the dually (that was going to get the CCSB treatment), that got traded to Scoti for the '74. Whew!
