Well, he is supposed to be coming down today. His plan is to leave Everett around 1:00 pm and 1:30. Supposedly he is taking care of his mother and she can not be left alone. His Sister is supposed to come watch his Mom while he brings me the Blazer. Stay tooned... He still doesn't return my calls and only after I call him 3 or 4 times does he answer my call. I want to believe him, but he makes it verry difficult!! WES

Wes, I don't know what shape this blazer is supposed to be in, but it would be awesome if you could just have him go through all of the trouble of getting it down there to you and telling him no thanks. He probably doesn't have your money anyway to return. :(

Well Wes I've been away for a rew days and got back tonight to pick up on page 2 where I left you. I called him at a845pm est and ask if He had a blazer for sALE and he said it had been sold. I went to take a leak at 855 and missed his return call. Got a mouth on him. Something about haveing sex with his mother, I ask him to bring her to your house when he could deliver the truck or the money and get an a$$ whopping either way. I told him I was a cop and he wanted my badge number witch I gave him, he said anyone could make up a number and I said I don't have to make it up I've had it for almost 30 years.So his response was you so darned smart u find me. Then I gave him his addresse and reminded him that I called him first. This could be a lot of fun.

Just got off the phone with him. This time he called me. It was however I think because one of you guys called him and said you were the police...:lol::lol: Anyway he is either stringing me along, for what purpouse I do not know, because he know what will happen if I call my dogs on him :metal:. I'm at work now 9:00 PM your time and on a night shift until 7:00 AM and if you say the word Wes, I can call him at 2,3,4 and 5 AM your time if you wish. It cost me nothing as I have a 7-11 phone calling card so he wont know where the call is coming from. I almost forgot, I'm on the same shift tomorrow night.....

I called at 01:30 and ( surprise, surprise ) got message manager so I just hung up. Called back at 3:15 and thisntime left a message. I'm going to call once morecbefore I go home. As long as he doesn't have his phone muted, wee hour calls are very loud.

Wes I just called you guy , he challenged me to find him so I left a message calling him by both names gave him his addresse, told him about the Hondas in the yard and the playset and the many trash bags even suggedted he should get into a trash bag himself. I am sorry for your troubles but damn this is fun. Cops can't do a thing, Ha-ha.

I got a text late last night saying he would western union me the money by noon this Friday. I asked him why wait untill then, when he could do it now and be done with it? His responce was he had to attend his father's funeral today and he doesn't get paid untill friday. I don't know what to believe. I checked on-line obituaries from the Everett Harold for anyone with his last name and found none. I guess we will see. WES

I don't know how the police can say this is civil when they havent even tried to do anything about it. To me its clearly a theft but I dont know Washington State law. In Illinois Id file charges on his ass if somebody came to me with this scenario.

I do not know. I would have thought that they would have had to send someone to determan what actions could or should be taken too.. But that is not what they said. WES
