I changed the oil and oil filter. It has been over a year and a half since I last changed the oil. I have put on over 10,000 miles highway on the old 350 with in the last year alone.

Went through a devastating break-up over a year ago that really took me down. Just now really putting my life back together. :(

No physical labor, just ran up the debit card lol. New tires for the new wheels and new chrome bumpers from brothers. Wheels/bumpers should go well together.my truck came with mismatched bumpers anyways.

We took it to an autoglass shop and it took them 3 tries to get it in! Best choice we made in a long time!

It took the glass guy that did mine about ten hours total and two windshields, he eventually got it in though. And the crazy thing is he's being it for about 30 years

I'm not a big fan of stick on stuff. But I found these letters in my parts stash while I was looking for something else.

I'm headed to the striper's tomorrow. He'll probably wring my neck for sticking these on. Hell, this ain't no show truck.
And, I already had 'em. So, I stuck 'em on.

Got the radiator out!

Next job is to replace the frame-to-cab and radiator core support bushings and install my new radiator. HOWEVER, I'm now considering replaceing the whole core support and inner fenders due to all the rust.

Core suppor and fender rust (same on both sides).

I have stainless trim on my windshield seal too. It took me almost a month and three glass guys before the windshield finally went in. It was the most frustrating part of my entire build.

replaced the donut gasket between manifold and pipe with the help of a little heat ( fought it for a few days with just pb blaster) then I removed the giant step bumper and drilled some holes to mount the plate to the truck. it sounds so much better when the exhaust is coming out of the back instead of from the engine bay

Kind of a big day for me. First "Long Run" of only 50 miles.
To take RAT to the pinstriper.

Only one casualty on the way. A windshield wiper blade blew off. I knew that crap plastic connector was cracked....What do you guys and gals run?
I can't seem to find anything substantial to hook on to the wiper arms.

This'll be the last pic with no pin-stripes. Got the mirrors on, and a couple of clean-up items.

Ran fine all the way. 3:07's with the 350/350 combo gave me 2200 RPM at 64 mph. Of course, I'm running the 20's...so..........?????

Pulled my TBI off and did new gaskets, o-rings, filters, regulator gasket, and regulator spring. Truck still wont start. Back at it tomorrow, I'm thinking I've got issues with how much fuel pressure I've got. Everywhere online says I need 13 psi and my new fuel pump claims to be 10-14 psi. I think a fuel pressure gauge is next on the list.

Re: What did you do to your truck today!

The LMC exhaust came in yesterday. Tonight I started trying to install the head pipes. Each section has a label with the respective location such as "left downpipe" or "right tail pipe". I started with the right head pipe (passenger side in my book) and there was no way it was going on. The bend angle was all wrong. I gave up and tried the left (driver) pipe. Same issue. I wondered to myself if they mislabelled them, so I tried swapping them. BINGO! Like a glove! Intermediates were mislabelled as well, but at least they were consistent! I will need to cut the intermediate pipes down since the kit is for a lwb or swb and i have a swb. I also plan to buy some of the tailpipe pookie sealer stuff before permanent assembly. Debating on whether or not to use the pipe clamps on the joints or mig weld or both.

I had some dust installed yesterday and some more coming in today. I think it's going to be like this until I sell it.
